Registration for Fall '08 classes is currently open.  You can register for Fall '08 classes up until the first day of class on August 25, 2008.   New students should contact the Admissions Office and make an appointment to meet with an advisor to assist in course selection.  Returning students can register for classes online or on campus with their academic advisor.
 
TIP:  When searching for classes be sure to select a "Campus" (Ellsworth, Marshalltown, Online or Iowa Valley Grinnell).  This will narrow your search.
 
TIP:  To see if you have holds on your account that will keep you from registering online, click on the Course Schedules link on the left side of this page. 
 
To search for a class, click on "Course Search."  If you have already registered for classes, your current classes are listed in "Your Schedule" to the right.

Tips for Successful Online Registration

1. Click the Course Search icon above.
2. Select the appropriate Term and Department of the course using the drop down boxes.
3. At the bottom of the page, make sure to select the appropriate Campus of the course.  All internet courses are located under the Internet Course selection, not the Ellsworth, Marshalltown, or Grinnell Campuses.
4. Click Search.  Find the desired course. Clicking on a specific Section number will unveil more details and notes about that course.
4. Click the ADD check box next to the course then click Add Courses at the bottom of the page to add courses to your schedule. You can select multiple courses in one search to add.
5. Repeat the process until you have registered for all your classes.
6. Review your schedule at any time by clicking on the Student tab.

If you are unable to add a course to your schedule, there may be a hold on your account or you may need a pre-requisite. Please consult with your Academic Advisor, visit Student Services, or call the college.  You can find out who your advisor is by clicking on the Advising tab.
